UTSA New Music Festival

The UTSA New Music Festival (NuMu) will be held this year from March 18-20, 2025. On Wednesday, March 19, come hear new compositions, including those by renown Nigerian composer Shawn Okpebholo.
Included in the concert will be Okpebholo’s Rise, a woodwind quintet, featuring UTSA faculty members Dr. Rachel Woolf, flute, Professor Erin Mallard, oboe, Dr. Nicholas Counselor, clarinet, Professor Peter Rubins, horn, and Dr. Sarah Wildey-Richmond, bassoon.
